We are a church that seeks to fulfill the Great Commission and advance the Kingdom of God on earth. We seek to include all people regardless of the church service style or type of praise and worship that we do. We honor our long-standing traditions but are not restricted in our approach to reaching the lost.

Family Worship Center is an Assemblies of God church that is multi-cultural and multi-generational.
We are a thriving and growing community on the Long Beach peninsula. Jesus instructs us to love God with all our hearts, all our souls, and all our minds. At FWC you will find yourself being challenged to grow relationally, spiritually, and intellectually. Every day we are trying to live out the Gospel in every aspect of our lives. It is our prayer that you not only find a church at FWC but that you also find a family and a place to call home. We are building faith, giving hope and serving with love. Being with others regularly within a community of worship, fellowship, and service is one of the essential elements of Christian discipleship.
You will find attending church with us means that we walk through life together, all the bright and sunny plateaus, and all the dark and desolate valleys. You have a community of people around you who desire the best for you and will be there when you need them. We are an action oriented and outward focused church that is actively involved in our community. We support the Ocean Park Elementary School, the Ocean Park Fire Department, and serve throughout the community with our Fall Fest, Community Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Baskets Outreach, and Empty Bowls. We are not content to sit in church. When Jesus said to GO into all the world we listen and follow through.
